Update my Notion as the owner of a pottery business
Here is a quick overview of my dashboard
On the left side I have my daily goals, table of contents, and monthly goals
and on the right I have reminders, quarterly goals, and 2023 planned out by month
each month has a page in a gallery view. this way I am able to click on each month and put in important dates, deadlines, and travel plans to prevent burnout
since my main income stream comes from craft fairs I have those highlighted in yellow
omg ok this is embarrassing but I havently updates my monthly goal to do since January and it’s june at the moment so I need to change that….
and of course I need to include a goal that I already completed so I can get the satisfaction of checking something off
next I’m renaming “reminders and such” to “junk drawer” because I think that name makes more sense for what I’m using this section for
now I'm just changing the blocks to be callouts since i like how they look visually and my brain find it easier to read
after that I’m adding some columns and pretty much brain dumping stuff that I haven’t quite categorized
one of these sections is about content creation since that’s actually something I really struggle with. While making art is my favorite part of my job, its just one portion of what I do and since I want this to be what sustains me financially that means connection with y’all on this app
